1 - General information
The online Office Works as a depurative solicitation of the various questions asked to our legal services. Any citizen, company, national or foreign institution can place a question in this space. Therefore, they have to fill out the attached identification form, where they write their details, a summary of the factors they wish to analyze, the evidence they have, the specific queries they intend to solve and the expectancies they have in accordance to concrete cases.
The Joncaf Lawyers Office will proceed with the judicial framing of the questions you make In real time.In case there is a foundation for the submitted questions and according to each specific cases, the clients will be directed to a legal appointment face to face or through the videoconference system or other reliable and available technological means, whether they are in the country or abroad.
All cases will be numbered and dealt with on the computer and given an internal reference number within our data base. This way, the institutional computing means will be privileged for the resolution of cases and processes.
The cost of the diagnosis and follow up of the legal process or any expenses and honoraries will be negotiated with the client. For all cases with a fundamental legal basis it will be necessary an advance payment on provision

For each form or verification of photocopy or photocopy and its conferring.
For each certification of electronic documents with original documents and digitalization.
Note: The value of the lawyers notary acts wiil be negotiated with the client.
